If I could give SIATTI Construction more than five stars, I would. They rebuilt my deck overlooking my pool, and they were hands down the best general contractor I've ever worked with in the Tampa area. From the very beginning, they were methodical, professional, and incredibly responsive during the quoting and proposal process. Once construction started, they showed up every morning at 9:00 AM sharp and worked non-stop with incredible efficiency until the job was done. On the rare occasions when weather prevented them from making progress, their communication was exceptional—they always kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect next. What really set them apart was their attention to detail and pride in their work. Every day they left the job site spotless. They even came early one morning just to move a large pallet delivery from my front lawn into the backyard so it wouldn't damage the grass. That level of thoughtfulness is something you just don't see very often. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and these were some of the most efficient, hardworking, and professional people I've ever hired. They genuinely care about doing the job right, respecting your property, and keeping you informed throughout the process. I don't just recommend SIATTI Construction—I would insist that anyone needing a deck or other construction work at least give them a call. Companies that operate with this level of professionalism, work ethic, and integrity are incredibly rare. They were exceptional from start to finish.

I simply chose this construction company based off of reviews. I had a composite deck built, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. They worked quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Look no further. I got several quotes and they beat them all. As a former General Contractor from years ago I can say the work was excellent. Great attention to detail. Side note, I am always cautious of who I bring to work on my house when I have a family to protect. No issues at all. The whole team was professional. Highly recommend!!
