Fernando arrived early (which almost never happens) and got right to work. He explained everything he did, why he did it, and took pictures of everything. He sent me a detailed overview of the health of the generator when he was done. He was friendly, professional, and competent. Very happy with his work.

Al Morales came out within the first part of the arranged time of the checkup of our Generac. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also answered questions that I had since the last checkup. Al is a credit to Suncoast. Hes a keeper.
