- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the type and length of the treatment. I offer occasional discounts for new clients, package deals, and seasonal promotions. There are no hidden fees—any additional charges (like add-ons or upgrades) will always be discussed beforehand. I believe in fair pricing for quality care!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation and on-site inspection to assess your home’s specific needs. During the visit, I take measurements, evaluate roof lines, and check for any existing drainage issues. Then, I provide a detailed estimate and explain your options for materials, styles, and colors. Once you're ready to move forward, we schedule the installation at a time that works best for you. After the job is complete, I do a full cleanup and walk you through the finished work to ensure you're 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training in gutter installation, repair, and maintenance, along with several years of field experience working on both residential and commercial properties. I’ve completed safety and roofing system courses to ensure proper techniques and code compliance. I also stay updated on new materials and installation methods to provide the most efficient and long-lasting solutions for my customers.
