Customer should expect to pay a fair rate to a construction pro. The cheapest estimate might not be the cheapest overall in the end. A good pro can save you money by avoiding problems and being more efficient. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is very true in construction.

We have a preliminary phone call to discuss the work, then site visit, estimate, then schedule the job...

Experience is the most important in the trades business. This isn’t a business you can learn in a book.
