I wanted gas tankless, endless, instant hot water heater. James Schumacher was very quick to give a quote and scheduled an install date. He and his team were all great. Everything looks great and the whole work area looked better then when they showed up. They were very informative on what they were doing during the install. I find that to be interesting myself. The water heater runs so perfectly and we no longer have to wait hours to take another shower. Freeing up space in the garage is such a bonus. I highly recommend anyone looking for a unit to research this brand and have a chat with James. We found for us there were several reasons to install the Navien over the other brands personally.
