Nikolai did a wonderful job getting our system working perfectly. No more dead grass patches! He was on time and and was knowledgable regarding my existing pipe lines, one which the previous owners had running outside of our fence into the neighbor's yard instead. He cut that line and added more sprinklers all around our yard. He also replaced too-short sprinkler heads, while preventing others from spraying directly into our lanai. I am thoroughly satisfied. We will be using Nikolai again when needed.

I had a few broken sprinkler heads and he was able to come over within a few days of me contacting him. Much earlier than I expected which was a bonus! When here he was very thorough. After replacing the sprinkler heads, he found one of my drip tubes had a gash. He replaced a section of that as well. Before leaving, he asked that we inspect the work to make sure everything was to our liking. Very professional and did a great job! Would hire him again!

Mykola is an angel. I had an addition done on my home with another building built in the yard. The company I hired to do this was a total nightmare. Problem after problem. I had been told by them that after the job, I would need someone to come and uncap my sprinklers. Mykola responded within minutes to my inquiry and said he could come next day, which was important because my grass was pretty dead. Unfortunately, upon him arriving, we quickly realized that this was not a simple uncap job at all. Instead of capping all the sprinkler heads, the construction company dug a hole in my yard (which they didn’t mark in any way) and cut my irrigation pipes in half and capped one side of those then covered it back up with dirt. He could have said “I am sorry, this is not the job I agreed to” and taken his fee for coming over, but he didn’t. Even though he wasn’t quite sure where to start (quite literally), he determined to help us all the same. Poor Mykola had to guess as to where to start digging to find where they had capped the lines. After he did, he went out to get materials and he worked from 8:30am - 7pm straight with no breaks. I tried to offer water, fans, bathroom. He politely declined. I’ll also mention this was Good Friday of Easter weekend, poor guy. He managed to get the sprinklers repaired and working again and then showed me which needed to be moved due to the addition and additional building in the back. He came back the next day and worked almost the whole day to finish, as we needed 5 heads moved completely. I would recommend him to anyone and absolutely would use him again in the future. He was extremely communicative, professional, kind, and reasonably priced. Bonus for me is that he recently moved here from the Ukraine. As the child of two immigrants, I was glad to hire such an honest and hardworking person just trying to make a good life here. 10/10 recommend Finchase LLC! He’s amazing!!!
