Igor was fantastic, and I would give him more stars if I could! I had him scheduled to do some routine maintenance for a rental property, and he ended up saving the day when a larger project arose! He did a great job with the punch list of routine items and went above and beyond to help me quickly install a new kitchen countertop & sink, and repair the cabinet under the sink, after I discovered a crack that was allowing the sink to leak into the cabinet underneath. Without hesitation he was able to get started on the countertop/sink project and he worked diligently to complete the project on a tight timeline (as I had new tenants scheduled to move in 3 days after discovering the countertop issue when previous tenants were moving out). His workmanship was great and his price was extremely reasonable. I very much enjoyed working with him this project, and I will certainly call him to help with my future projects.
