Igor arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and proactively set out to remedy the issue. He said I needed a 4x4 to reinforce my sofa leg and as I was on my way to Home Depot to purchase it, he came back with a spare piece from his truck which he used to complete the job. It was a bigger job than either of us anticipated, but he got it done with no complaints and gave me some very valuable advice on how to prevent this problem from happening again.
