- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick phone consultation to understand your home, goals, and timeline. In-home or virtual assessment to take measurements and review product options. Custom quote with up to 2–3 window/door system options. Product selection (frame color, glass, hardware, etc.). Permitting + ordering handled fully by us. Professional installation and clean up. Final walkthrough & warranty registration. We make the process simple, clean, and fully managed from start to finish.
