From start to finish this company was superb. Saul contacted me and promptly met with me to provide an estimate and describe the process. I chose to go with vinyl plank to be installed over the existing tile. He took time to explain the little intricacies of installing the floor. He also gave me options that would fit my budget ie the need to replace baseboards or keep the old ones that were in perfect condition but just needs paint, instead of trying to sell me new ones. The 2 day job turned into 3 days but was no big deal as I want the work done right as opposed to quick. The result was very very nice. I am completely happy with the outcome. There were a few cosmetic issues that I requested to be addressed and Saul took care of them right away. I highly recommend Arcosan and Saul for your flooring needs. Their prices are very competitive if not better than most. (Empire was going to charge me $5000 for vinyl sheeting for 785 sqft).

It was a pleasure working with Saul and his team. They were very dependable and attentive, even going above and beyond to respond to ongoing questions and concerns. I am satisfied with the job and will hire them again to install floors throughout the rest of my home.

RECOMMENDED. From quote to finish it was about 3.5 days to complete all 1550 sqft. We purchased our laminate floating flooring elsewhere and had Arcosan install and provide baseboards. Day 1 was a full crew installation, Day 2 was a 2 man crew finishing up, Day 3 (a couple of hrs) was 1 man caulking all of the baseboards. They were clean, polite, and efficient. We had very little waste.

Within a couple of days of meeting with the coordinator to take measurements and explaining in detail/answering all questions about the installation procedure the job was done in one day. I had a team of 2 installers that were polite, professional and knowledgeable of their trade. They did a great job. Definitely recommend their services.

Very happy with how Arcosan America installed the laminate floors in two kids' rooms on the second floor of my home. The manager was communicating with me professionally and on a timely manner and addressed all the concerns and questions that I had regarding the project. The estimates were very reasonable compared to other vendors and they helped me get the exact material/color that I was looking for. On the installation day they arrived even earlier than scheduled and completed the whole job in a few hours! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company to my friends and everyone else. Thank you for your business!
