Great response to our inquiry to make an appointment to replace our floors. They came on the date and time we request. They were very professional and great tag team. They showed us lots of flooring to choose from. When we narrowed it down to two choices, they showed us exactly how they will look in our rooms via a computer program. We made our choice and we are having our install this week. I’ll write more when the job is complete.

We had water damage to our engineered hardwood floors following Hurricanes Milton and Helene. The team at DPS was responsible and professional during the entire process. They really took their time ensuring that the work was done properly. The repair to the floor is undetectable and looks as good as new! We plan on using them for future flooring projects. We are not the least expensive but we are not the most expensive for the experience and with us being a general contractor our pricing is amazing and very competitive
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the client onsite and discuss project if price works in budget we write contract up onsite take deposits and project gets scheduled immediately with our first open dates to start
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an abundance of training we are a licensed general contractor company and very educated and knowledgeable in our grill
