Marco and his crew at Layout Renovations were great. They finished the job another tile installer (that I unfortunately hired thru Angie's list) started but couldn't finish because there was some old water and termite damage to the studs in the 30 year old house. Layout Renovations finished the job the other tile installer couldn't. They did it right, they were professional, neat, and on time. The bathroom turned out beautiful and I'd hire them again in an an instant. If you need kitchen, bath or other remodeling done, Layout Renovations are they guys to hire!

Layout Renovation was an answer to our prayers after we hired 2 other crews to do work on our home that we purchased. The other 2 crews painted the cabinets wrong (to the point it was all peeling off). Also while painting they painted our clothes, dripped on floors, half painted other areas, and more. It was a nightmare. Thankfully we found Marco and his crew and they came in and fixed it all. My cabinets are a dream now. The mess the other crews made, was fixed.
AND
They also installed tile in 7 rooms of our new house. Now let me tell you, I can be very picky and particular. Layout Renovations exceeded all of my wants, need and expectations. We have already lined them up for the next job, painting the entire exterior of our house. 🏠

Marco and his crew are exceptional. I can’t say enough about the quality of their work and their vision. I had an idea of what I wanted and they helped me make it a reality. They show up on time, complete the job as scheduled and clean up after themselves, which is a very rare characteristic for contractors!!! I highly recommend them, and I’m happy to be a reference.

Excellent experience. Basically everything you can ask for from a contractor. Gave a quick estimate of the floor;price and duration of repair. Arrived on time, no loud music blaring, communicated throughout the process, cleaned work area and made sure tools were contained in a safe place and at the end explained any pertinent information. Nothing bad to say!
