- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, someone from Redwood Flooring will contact the new costumer to get more information about the project. Generally we schedule a visit to see the house, know more about the requirements and give the best estimate. If approved, we schedule an date to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience doing flooring.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for flooring companies for years and acquire lot of experience with it before start my own business.
