What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we love to determine our clients needs. All clients complete a medical liability waiver and our registered nurse reviews it with the client and does a consultation to determine the best vitamin cocktail or services the client may need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our providers are licensed healthcare professionals qualified to provide IV therapy. We go through a strict hiring process to evaluate applicants skills and all members brought on are given weekly education on all services to ensure they have the most up to date research backing the services that we offer.
