The ladies were great. They came a bit before the agreed upon time which I appreciated. Shows they were ready! I was greeted with enthusiasm and warmth which is nice when you’re entrusting someone with your home. They did a great job and cleaned thoroughly. My house smelled amazing and still does a whole day later. I will definitely be using this service again and recommend it. Great value!

Honestly did such a great job . They left my carpet spotless and clean. Cared a lot about my thoughts about what I wanted cleaned specifically. My home is now dust free and clean. Great service 10/10 would recommend. :)

They cleaned my apartment perfectly. I’m very satisfied with the work done (nothing was damaged or took) they work with your schedule as well and for a good price. I didn’t want my office cleaned and per request they didn’t clean it which I appreciate A LOT.

I scheduled an appointment to have All Seasons Professional Cleaning come out for a free estimate. 15 minutes after the scheduled time, I had to call to find out if they were coming and was told there was traffic but were on their way. I explained we just bought our home and the previous owners renovated everything from top to bottom and there was dust everywhere, which was our main concern. Since we just bought our home, the place is empty. The few things we had brought over we moved to the garage, but there is no big furniture in the home. I received a reasonable quote and still hired them despite showing up late with no call.
When it came to scheduling, they had an opening immediately-I was so excited!! Two days later they showed up, early this time, and began working. I left for the day, as I asked if that would be more convenient for them and they thanked me and said it would be, and as I was headed back home received a call that they were finished early and my price would be adjusted accordingly. Again, so excited! When I arrived home 5 minutes later, they had already left so I did a walk through. The floor was grimey and you could see footprints, piles of dust on the blinds and light fixtures still, inside of the kitchen cabinets had not been touched, laundry room had not even been opened. When I reached out to All Seasons Professional Cleaning regarding my concerns, I was told they would check with the cleaners that were there and get back to me. When they got back to me shortly after that, I was told that the cleaners said they did everything that I said was not done and as far as wiping out kitchen cabinets, that was not in the invoice to be done. After requesting that someone come out the next day to do a walk through with me to see what was missed, I was told they were too busy that day and I could send pictures and the best they could do was give me a 15% discount. I was not looking for a discount, I only wanted the job done that I hired them for. After sending pictures of what has not been done, they finally agreed to come out the next day and clean again. I had to rearrange my work schedule to make this possible. This time they showed up and Kaitlyn, whom I assume is the owner or manager, showed up as well. She apologized for the inconvenience and explained she would be supervising the cleaners. Kaitlyn stayed with them the entire time and this time I stayed as well. They cleaned everything that was not done before, except the cabinets since those were not specified on the invoice and I had already cleaned them myself, and after an hour and a half I was able to walk through and see how it should have been completed the first time.
While they eventually did the right thing, I was VERY disappointed in how the situation was handled.
