Dianela and Yonis did a general cleaning of my home today. They arrived right on time and did an amazing job. Yonis and Dianela were professional and 'looked the part' - I was pleasantly surprised to see them both in uniforms (which were bright white CLEAN scrubs). They asked for a quick tour of the house and went over what my needs and expectation were. After that, they wasted no time and got right to work. As a busy mom with a full time job, cleaning is usually set on the back burner. My much neglected bathtub is now sparkling like it's brand new. With tile throughout the entire home, and a 2 year old, I can admit that the floors were not in great shape before Universal got here, but now they are perfectly clean and look great! I am so happy that I hired Universal Cleaning Services and will definitely be referring them to many friends and using their services again. Thank you both so much for the work done, I wish you much luck with your growing business and family!

I thought I was an excellent house keeper until my husband passed away in July. This brought me to hire Universal Cleaning Services because I just couldn't commit to the task, and hated a dirty house. When I came home from lunch to introduce myself, I couldn't believe the progress already made. By the end of the day after work, I just absolutely couldn't stop smiling. They went above and beyond what I expected. I am so pleased. My son, who is 19 and can not appreciate my desire to at least keep his room clean, was also impressed with the service and couldn't stop commenting about what an unbelievable job they did. I just cant say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and organization that I saw when I got home. I would recommend them to anyone that needed house cleaning. The thorough job they did and the time they took to do it made me so happy I chose them!! I anticipate using them for many years to come.
