After they left I found that the move in deep cleaning I hired them for was not done. The carpet wasn't even vacuumed. Very disappointed that while moving into my new house I have to also clean everything left undone, defeating the purpose of hiring them in the first place.

We hired Heather to clean our rental home and after she cleaned for us we were able to inspect her work which was followed up by us, cleaning everything over again. We took many pictures, sent them to Heather and had a detailed conversation with her about the condition of our place after she was paid for cleaning. Heather did a horrible job for us, twice. We gave her a second chance after the first inadequate cleaning and the second cleaning was worse than the first time. We had our condo inspected again after her second chance and to our surprise, we were sent a several of pictures of how dirty she left it. She left coffee stains on the counter under the coffee pot, urine stains all over the toilet, cheese,splash and noodles in the microwave, other splash marks on the fridge and tea kettle, dust everywhere, (picture frames, window frames, blinds), dirt on the floors, crumbs on the living room table and couch and condoms in a bedroom drawer. After speaking with her again, she made excuses rather than taking accountability for the very poor job and ownership for the blatant mess she left with the photos shown to her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING HER.
