The ladies are always punctual and do a good job of cleaning, especially the bathrooms and the floors. My only comment is that their pace could be a little faster, as it takes about 3 hours, which we think is a little lengthy. Other than that, we are very pleased with General Natural Cleaning.

I was able to schedule a last-minute cleaning the day before. The cleaners showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning my (very dirty) apartment which was very helpful as I had just moved out and needed it cleaned quickly. They were quick but thorough. Thanks!

Absolutely great experience! I will be using on a regular basis. The whole experience was great and professional. They responded right away when I contacted them to schedule an appointment, they showed up on time. The girls who came were very sweet and professional, they were so focused on cleaning the house and not wasting anytime. I am a very satisfied customer. It’s very hard to find a reliable and efficient cleaning company that really cares about thoroughly cleaning your house. General natural cleaning is that company.
