FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we offer very honest and specified pricing. the first one is a flat hourly rate and the second one we take into account number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We used to work full time for the banking corporate world, therefore we had to use cleaning companies at least once a month. We tried a good number of them, and they were ok (don't take me wrong) but there was always this feeling of being treated just like another number, we were never ask, how would you like this done or how do you normally do that. Never. Cleaning companies were always in such a rush that we could barely talk or ask the ladies anything, and after getting the quote and the deal was closed it was really hard to get in touch with the manager. It was as clear as it could be that there was an urgent need of a cleaner provider with an outstanding cleaning services and an exceptional customer service, it became very clear to us and knew we could offer a combination of excellent cleaning results while your cleaning was being properly customized for each client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing to do is to take the time to really understand what your provider has to offer and to ask as many questions (as many as necessary) to be on the same page so both parts can have a clear understanding of what the expectations are on both sides.
