At the completion of the deep cleaning, a final walkthrough was conducted together, and no floor stain was present or brought to our attention at that time. The area later referenced was located underneath furniture. As explained in our follow-up communication, our company policy — consistent with industry standards — does not include cleaning underneath heavy furniture unless this is specifically requested and arranged in advance for safety and liability reasons. Furniture may be repositioned during cleaning to access surrounding areas, but items are returned to their original placement once service is completed. Because the area in question was underneath furniture at the conclusion of the appointment, it was outside the agreed cleaning scope.
