- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To properly quote the cleaning of a home questions need to be answered, its easy to pick and choose the lowest rate but to be honest you need someone who is going to give you an estimate based on questions about the environment around the home, size, amount of rooms, etc. This is the only way to properly clean home, and this way you will select someone who cares about your business long-term (and cares about doing a good job cleaning your home :) We can give you a very accurate estimate via message or over the phone. You only pay after you're happy with our cleaning job. Thank you for your time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is answering as many questions as possible in regards to your home and its environment . We strive to do a very good job, and first impressions are everything. Once we finalize the first cleaning and get to know the home it becomes simple and economical to do the cleaning maintenance on a regular basis if this is what the client desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning field locally in your area for more than a decade.
