I’ve had several cleaning professionals and Daniele in Pro Solutions has been the longest one standing. What I appreciate about her service is that she listens. If I have a certain standard of cleaning, she meets them. It’s all a matter of leveling expectations from the beginning and moving forward. Should my needs change or expectation change as well, I can’t tell you how responsive she is in me simply conveying what I expect. My experience in the past with others have not been the same. If anything, rigid. She’s also flexible in her schedule, which is helpful for me.
