- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client and job varies. I usually like to visit the property to get a full scope of the job. This enables me to come fully prepared for the first cleaning and fully meet all my clients expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meet and greet meeting which helps me to get to know my potential clients and to answer any questions and/or concerns they may have. I like to receive the full scope of the job , this in turns enables me to come fully prepared for the first cleaning and fully meet my clients expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended several seminars for residential and commercial cleaning.
