- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are tailored to each project, so pricing varies based on the scope of work. I specialize in full-service interior design for renovations, new construction, and whole-home furnishings where every detail is thoughtfully planned and professionally managed from concept through installation. Most renovation projects begin around $250,000, and my clients value having an experienced designer coordinate the countless decisions, avoid costly mistakes, and create a home that is cohesive, functional, and timeless. I charge a professional design fee for my expertise, with furnishings and materials purchased separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a Discovery Call where we discuss your goals, lifestyle, timeline, and investment. If we're a good fit, we schedule an in-home meeting to evaluate your space and establish the overall vision. From there, I develop a comprehensive design plan including space planning, finish selections, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, furnishings, and all of the details that make a home feel complete. Throughout construction, I coordinate with builders, contractors, and vendors so you have one trusted professional guiding the process from the initial concept through the final installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and am NCIDQ certified, the industry's highest professional credential for interior designers. I am also an active member of the Interior Design Society (IDS) and serve on the board of the IDS Tampa Chapter. My experience spans luxury renovations, custom homes, and high-end residential interiors, multi-family commercial design, and model home merchandising allowing me to combine technical expertise with thoughtful, timeless design.
