- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a BBB Accredited Business, registered and fully insured, we provide transparent, detailed written estimates with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on project size, surface condition, and materials needed. We're mid-to-premium range because we use quality paints (Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Fine Paints of Europe) and experienced craftsmen. No discounts - but our first 10 Founding Clients receive lifetime priority scheduling and direct access to my *******************.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free on-site estimate (30-45 min walkthrough) 2) Detailed written quote at the time of estimate with line-item breakdown 3) Once approved, we schedule your project (typically 1-3 weeks out) 4) Daily communication during the job (AM check-in, PM update) 5) Final walkthrough with you to ensure 100% satisfaction 6) 3-year workmanship warranty on qualifying interior and exterior repaints (decks and outdoor wood areas excluded; warranty contingent on our prep standards being met)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work with experienced painters and craftsmen who've been serving Tampa Bay for 10-30+ years. Our network includes EPA Lead-Safe certified professionals, and we're committed to ongoing training in specialty finishes (Venetian plaster, limewash, high-gloss lacquer). As a new business, we're building our reputation through exceptional service - not cutting corners to compete on price alone.
