- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Junk King Tampa prices our services by the volume of space that your items take up in our trucks. Our trucks hold up to six pickup loads of junk and debris.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new customers will contact us and give us a brief description of what there needs are and from that we can usually provide a ballpark estimate. After that initial conversation we will come to the clients home or business and evaluate what they have and at that point provide a firm estimate that includes all fees such as labor, taxes, disposal and truck expense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Automotive Service Technology and Retail Automotive management that transferred well to the business and customer service side of the business. We also attended an in depth training course with Junk King corporate on the specifics of junk removal, recycling, etc...
