Pricing is transparent and based on the size of the job, time, and disposal requirements. There are no hidden fees. I’m happy to explain the estimate upfront, and discounts may be available for small jobs, repeat customers, or flexible scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the job, including location, volume, and any special items. I provide a clear estimate and confirm timing. On the day of service, I arrive on time, protect the space, complete the work efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations before payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in operations, customer service, and hands-on moving and hauling work. My experience includes safe lifting practices, efficient loading, job estimation, and working directly with customers to meet their needs. I’m very detail-oriented and organized on every job.
