- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is custom, so pricing depends on the number, size, and type of pull-out drawers or the scope of the cabinet-refacing project. We may not be the lowest-priced provider because we use premium materials, solid-wood construction, and high-quality soft-close hardware. Our pull-out drawers include a Lifetime Warranty and our 100% Elation Guarantee. We also offer seasonal promotions and financing options when available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an in-home design consultation to understand the customer’s needs, measure the cabinets, and review storage, accessibility, and style options. We then create a customized design and provide a detailed quote. Once approved, the products are custom-made for the home and professionally installed by our local team. We stay involved throughout the process to ensure the customer is happy with the finished result
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team receives specialized Art of Drawers training in cabinet organization, space planning, product design, accurate measurement, and installation. Our designers are trained to identify ways to improve accessibility, storage, and everyday functionality, while our installers have experience working with custom cabinetry, pull-out systems, and cabinet refacing.
