We had 8 structural columns replaced due to poor design, age and water damage. It was a great start when the office staff took all of my information and got back to me immediately. Iyad came out promptly, asked for our plans..any pics of what wed like and gave us a comprehensive quote. We made a few changes and scheduled the work. The entire process was so easy. The crew was on time every morning, was extremely neat and mindful of our property, kept the worksite very tidy and organized, and finished the job on schedule. Iyad walked through the completed job to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the job. Finally, This is how our columns should have been constructed! Couldnt be more pleased with everything from start to finish. Will 100% use them for our next project.

We had an addition (bed and bath) added to our home, as well as having the flooring and bathroom redone in the main part of the home. We were overjoyed with all of the results, the quality of the work, and the service overall. In particular, we worked with Danes who made excellent suggestions and was detail-oriented. All of the staff were excellent. And can you believe this? When they did the addition, they STARTED the project 2 weeks before the contracted start date and COMPLETED the project - all with high quality work - well before we thought it would be completed. We couldn't be happier that we selected Premiere and worked with Danes. Highly recommend without reservation!

From start to finish, working with Danielle was a breeze. She was fair, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way.Danielle led our renovation (two bathrooms with a new walk-in closet and a finished basement), and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. 5 stars!!! We did a full renovation on our 99 year old bathroom with Jonny and his team and they did a fabulous job! Premiere did the complete overhaul to the bathroom. Jonny paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was working seamlessly. If we called anything out, he was there to review and adjust as needed. Jonny completely transformed this space for us and we can't recommend him enough!Even with challenges we didnt know about going into this renovation, due to not knowing what we may find behind all of the cement and thick walls, his team was able to work with us to keep costs relatively close to what we estimated.The crew was super easy to communicate with, which was great. Definitely set up time to discuss the new design with the team of workers to ensure everything is seamless. Jonny removed the stand up shower and made it a stackable laundry closet and re-did the entire bathroom. We only kept the original tub, but he had re-glazed it for us so it feels like brand new! We are absolutely thrilled with how this all turned.Amazing Amzing!! THANK YOU PREMIERE BUILDERS

We offer a free consultation with one of our project managers. Prices are based on project details, materials, and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts out with a free consultation at the customers property with a project manager, where they will get all of the project details, access everything, take any type of measurements, and go over project plans. The next step will be putting together a contract agreement between the home owner and contractor, including the scope of work, start and end dates, contract price, deposit price, and a full payment schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured contractors with a General Contractor license and over 10 years of experience in the field.
