- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. Then we assess the property (in person or through photos) and provide a clear estimate with details on the services included. Once approved, we schedule the service, complete the work efficiently, and do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is satisfied. For recurring services, we set up a regular maintenance schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on training and real-world experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, property maintenance, and outdoor services. Our background includes on-the-job training, safety practices, equipment operation, and best methods for mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, yard cleanups, and general property upkeep. We continuously learn through experience and industry resources to improve quality and efficiency.
