- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s my job in this process to come up with a price that allows us to make a profit and to ensure you that your are getting reasonable price and are highly satisfied with your service. How do we do this? It takes both parties to Communicate – negotiate – Build Relationship 1. You must be confident we can handle the job. If you would please look at my profile (Still in process) You will see that landscaping is not rocket science! We do a professional service on time with a 100% guarantee…that simply no small print. 2. Communicate – My assumption is that your busy and your time is important so I will always make sure to get back to you ASAP and respect your time. We pay for the opportunity to earn your business so it important to us that we hear back from you about our pricing / quote. 3. Negotiate - Even if at first the pricing seems too high or too low please provide feedback so we can work though any issues or misunderstanding. Understanding the true scope of work will help the process. IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICING…LET US KNOW. We will come look at the project and talk face to face. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon. 4. Build Relationship – Many of our customers use us for weekly services as well as new projects. We also get customer referrals for new business…so a good relationship with you is important to us. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to do the ground work up front so it only takes an email or phone call to get started. We do a scope of work for the customer up front and get approval before starting work.
