We required emergency service for a commercial property on a Sunday, and Mark was exceptionally responsive and willing to assist. He promptly addressed our questions and inquiries over the weekend and encouraged us to reach out with any further questions. Upon deciding to proceed, he arrived promptly and conducted a thorough assessment of the situation. Due to a communication error with the tenants at the commercial property, we ultimately did not require his services. However, Mark was understanding and promptly provided a quote for replacing the lock if needed.
Although we did not utilize his services for the lock repair, the customer service, communication, and response times were exemplary. We will undoubtedly use Locksmith Expects in the future when needed and highly recommend their services.
