- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to provide the best value overall. My pricing is based on a comparison of others in the area who I deem reputable. I can generally provide pricing up front with a solid amount of accuracy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a consultation over the phone or in person if needed. I look at the scope of the work requested, then offer them the best solutions to their issue/request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My previous employer paid for me to train with many of the lock and camera manufacturers. I’ve taken many fire safety courses and Ada courses. Not to mention working with hundreds of well known Tampa business and thousands of residential customers.
