- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes. brides and bridal parties have a set price range and usually take the most time. other events and occasion may be set at an hourly rate. it really just depends on the job type and how long it will take to complete it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i typically like to do a consultaion first to see what exactly the client wants and needs. I base my recommendations on skin tone and skin type, hair and eye color, face shape, and hair texture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing my education. every year I go to the premiere hair show and take numerous work shops so that I can stay current in the latest trends.
