- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the service/product, our pricing plans are tailored to meet the needs of our customers. For example, our hosting and privacy policy plans are paid annually while our SEO and PPC plans are paid monthly. SSL Certificates and your blog page (not blog posts) are free when you build a site with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask about their goals for their business. What do they want to achieve? What is their budget to reach that goal? Once the client has chosen us and paid for our strategy plan, we can set up a meeting within the next 1-2 weeks to discuss our findings and the steps needed to help the site become profitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been self-taught and have also been fortunate to have collaborated with more experienced professionals and partners which have helped me to gain knowledge and experience. Our team is spread across the US and Europe, and I am confident that we can work together to find a suitable solution.
