I called HES about some minor water damage on my wall I thought was linked to the tropical storm. I found HES through thumbtack and it was the first time using this website. Rommel responded and was able to schedule an appointment to see me within hours of my inquiry. I really appreciated his availability since others were not available until next week. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he did a free mold inspection (others had quoted me $300 for the same thing). He thoroughly looked around and honestly concluded that my apartment was fine and that I did not need anything. I appreciate that he did not try to up sell me on extra tests/expenses/etc. I highly recommend HES because you can trust that he will have you conduct just the right amounts of tests, restorations, etc that you truly need & that you can leave your place to trustworthy hands.
