PLEASE READ MY REVIEW IN ITS ENTIRETY I’m not a passive reviewer (especially when spending my coins 😁) Brock and Tom were the ones who came to move/save me. Brock did advise me the company has more movers. They FIT ME IN THE SAME DAY, after working HOURS on another job (that ran over). I’ll list pros n con. In good faith, I have to say, I don’t think the con would’ve been a con had they not worked all morning (to afternoon) in 100 degree FLORIDA SUN on a previous job and then came straight to me. Plus, I was already flustered when they got there. It was loading a 2 bdrm w/ an office apartment. Unloading into a house with weird/narrow stairs to the bedrooms. Pros: * Above and Beyond Quality Service/Professional/Personable/Courteous: Even when I started turning into MoveZilla :), they remained professional and courteous. They will NOT ride the clock or stop moving until the job is complete. * Communication: Answers questions right away and kept me updated from beginning to end. Always keeping me in the loop * Moving Items: They take great pride in making sure your items are not damaged. Even when I stop caring, Brock and Tom made sure I did. Lol * Skill: They know their stuff. They’re not just laborers, they’re actual movers. They even made me aware of the system and art of how things should be packed in a truck. * Products and Tools: I already had a truck. (Long story… Remember they saved me). They came with all the other necessary moving tools/supplies needed. They offered to wrap all my items and made sure everything was secure. I could go on and on with pros, but I honestly think they were worth every penny. That’s A LOT coming from me. 😬 Cons: * Late: Again they were on a job that ran over and had to battle through traffic to get to me. (No stars deducted for this) * I could tell they were getting tired towards the end. Maybe 1 more person there would’ve been more beneficial. However, they never stopped moving. Again, I was a last minute, same day fit in move. (No stars deducted for this) They only stopped to gas up and get something to drink between the previous move and my move. If they did a good job under those circumstances, I can only imagine what it would’ve been like if I had them fresh. **** Tip: Depending on the size of your move/ items, please add wrap time into the equation of your estimate. If you choose to have your items wrapped. Hope this helps!
