Thank you, Daniel, you took a repair request that was a little unique (use existing damaged material) and did your best to make it work. Your preference was new material, but you listened to and heard what the customer wanted versus what you thought was a better option. You voiced your option but left the ultimate decision to the customer. That my friend is Great customer service....
