- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional packing and unpacking service pricing will be determined once the details of the project are in place. The fees will start at $450 up to 4 hours of packing/unpacking and $750 up to 6 hours of packing/unpacking. Materials can be included in pricing once the scope of the project is determined. Cleanout costs will be determined once scope of work is determined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We feel that it is very important to meet the client in person or on a phone call when possible. It gives us both a feel of comfort and confidence that we can work together and trust each other. My clients homes, offices and personal spaces are very sacred and we want to make sure they trust us with their space. Connection for us is a key part of a successful project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in several aspects of organizing. Our team learns directly from our experience and training. Only the best!
