- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I get paid on a contingency fee basis. That means I only get paid if I recover for my clients. If whatever reason we’re not able to recover, my clients owe me nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my clients personality background and the facts of their case. I like to know my clients case in and out before we even send the first letter out from the firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the From the University of Florida, with honors, and then I went to Stetson University College of Law, the nation’s number one trial advocacy program, where I received my juris doctor and a concentration in advocacy.
