Event to prep for
Athletic event or competition,
Nick is exactly what a personal trainer should be. He's professional, attentive, motivating and concerned for safety. I was looking for an hour long workout that would burn 1000 calories - something that would rival and exceed Orange Theory. Nick put together a plan that accomplished that goal in a way that kept it fun and safe even though it was pretty grueling. Great Experience!Jun 21, 2017
Small group and one-on-one personal training. Nick is extremely passionate and genuine about helping you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what level you are at. He is very down to earth, instead of 'in your face', and can customize workouts based on your likes/dislikes by incorporating different styles/techniques such as kickboxing or yoga, which really appealed to me. Overall really great experiences with Nick, I will continue to work with him in the future!Apr 15, 2017
Nick is an extremely dedicated trainer who is always willing to help with all of your fitness needs. He is very passionate about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and definitely practices what he preaches. One of his best qualities is his ability to adjust workouts to your individual goals and is great at adapting to any limitations you may have. I recommend him to anyone seeking any type of personal or small-group training!Mar 16, 2017Elemental Training Tampa's reply

Thanks for the positive review. Hope to have you back training with ETT real soon!
Nick trained me for over a year. He is personable and reliable. Whenever I felt as though I wanted to quit during a workout, Nick was able to push me and give me the motivation I needed to continue. He is well versed in kickboxing and striking techniques, as well as body weight exercises, yoga poses, and HIIT workouts. He is also able to modify each work out specifically for your fitness level and he can adjust workouts depending on whether you have an injury. I highly recommend using Nick as your personal trainer.Mar 12, 2017Elemental Training Tampa's reply

Our rate for a single ETT 1-on-1 personal training session (45-60 mins) starts at $90, while our semi-private session rate starts at $50 per person. We offer discounts on multi-session and monthly training packages that can bring the single session rate down to as low as $75 for 1-on-1 and $35 per person for semi-private. ETT also provides personalized nutrition counseling, body measurement tracking and meal plan suggestions for an small additional fee and all our clients gain access to an exclusive Facebook page full of information that will assist in your quest to live a healthier life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to speak to the new customer over the phone to get a better sense of why they want to hire a personal trainer. After hearing them explain their needs, I inform them about the services that ETT can provide to help them reach their fitness goals. Then I'll schedule a complimentary in-person consultation and workout. This session lasts approximately 45-60 mins and gives the new customer a better idea of what type of personal training services they can expect from ETT. If they choose to invest in ETT's services after the complimentary session, they decide on what type of training package they'd like to purchase and we determine training days & times based on my current availability.
