Introduction: I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy who provides one-on-one comprehensive evaluations to find the underlying dysfunctions that cause pain or limitations in movement. I perform manual therapy including cupping techniques and massage to release soft tissue restrictions. Last, we create an individualized exercise program designed to correct dysfunctional movement patterns and reach your goals. As a former D1 wrestler and current MMA fighter who sustained multiple injuries, I have developed a unique one-on-one approach to Recovery, Rehab, and Wellness.

I won’t say it was a best sport massage I ever had but it was a good massage overall. He is also physical therapist so that can help you in getting some feedback for chronic pain or strengthening specific muscles.

My experience at Rewire was phenomenal. Charlie was able to design a very personalized plan to help maximize my fitness, nutrition choices and overall health. Every one of his plans is very personalized and he spent a great deal of time learning what motivated me and what would work with my professional life and personal preferences. I am stronger and healthier than ever and fitter than I was in my 20’s! His physical therapy and massage skills are off the charts, but it’s really his way of putting together a very personal program for you that will leave you beyond satisfied. Can’t recommend enough!

The massage was great but the education at the end of the massage was amazing! Even though I train and workout a lot I learn a lot about my overall health. I learned tricks on how to keep my body loose during my exercises and stretches. Knowledge is power and this guy knows his stuff!

Charlie was awesome to work with. I've went through some questionable trainers and therapist that had me lose my faith a little but i'm glad I took the chance with Charlie. He listened to what I needed done, what my goals were and patiently worked with me. He took his time to write up a custom targeted plan for me to follow as we worked out that I didn't expect and always encouraged me. I am recovering from knee surgery and i've had some lower back issues. My previous therapist was ok but I just felt like a number and time slot. Charlie was very active and knowledgeable and explained to me everything we were doing and why we were doing it. If you're trying to get back into a gym but you're discouraged because you don't fully know what to do or you feel alone Charlie will give you that confidence and you'll feel accomplished after your first day. Thank you Charlie for helping me take a step to healthier life.
