- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no additional fees, each job is done per square ft. If you choose to combine a few jobs a square ft and job discount will be applied depending on size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Sunrise Home Solutions, I start every job with a quick conversation to understand what the customer wants and what kind of results they’re looking for. I’ll usually stop by to inspect the area, provide a free estimate, and go over color or material options if needed. Once we agree on the plan, I schedule the job at a convenient time and make sure the entire process — from prep to cleanup — is done efficiently and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience and training in exterior cleaning and refinishing, including pressure washing, deck staining, and painting. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside experienced contractors and learned the best techniques for protecting surfaces and achieving long-lasting results.
