Rent It Network is incredibly competent and professional. I wish I'd found them when I first started in real estate. One (of the many) things I like about Rent It Network is that each property is assigned its own point of contact - a person I can always go to who knows absolutely everything that's going on with the property. For me that person is Katrina, who continually impresses me. She is incredibly diligent, prompt, responsive and on more than one occasion anticipated and prevented problems before I ever had to think about them. The owner of the company, Reece, spoke with me at length many times, sharing his considerable knowledge and expertise, before I was even a client. I've never felt my properties were in better hands.

I have had the best experience with Rent It Network and Sonja Haltiwanger. This organization and Sonja came highly recommended. I asked my co-worker who managed the property she was living in and she gave me Rent It Network and Sonjas name. She told me she was the best and she was absolutely right. Being a new home owner and renting my home out for the first time was stressful for me. This process was all new to me and Sonja quickly put me at ease. Once she talked me down off the ledge, she calmed all my fears. I am grateful for her guidance, honesty and patience. She had no problem answering my many questions and never made me feel as if I was a bother. I appreciated that the most. Im active duty military so her attention to detail appealed to me as well. She was meticulous in the way she took care of getting my house prepped to show. She updated me when needed and offered me valuable feedback. I would like to thank Sonja for making this a smooth transition for me. I have enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone I know. I would also like to thank her partner in crime, Jocelyn Castro. Jocelyn was there to answer all of questions and concerns with the paperwork side of the house. Anytime I needed clarification on the paperwork, before signing it, she was willing and available to explain it to me. I am very detailed and have a tendency to read everything and this didnt bother Jocelyn one bit, which I appreciated, as well. The was very instrumental in making this a smooth process for me and I would like to thank her as well.

As the sunset on another hot summer day, I received a call from one of the most professional and amazing ladies in the property management business. Her name is Sonja and she works for Rent It Network. She is the brightest star at the company. Here are some pros and opportunities about The Rent It Network. Pros: they have good technology and they allow you to pay online. The people at the main office will take your call and do their best, when allowed, to help. Opportunities: they have an opportunity to treat their tenants with a lot more dignity and respect. They also should work on taking care of the tenants a little better and not just focus on the owners. I understand this business but the tenants are an important part of the equation and they seem not to care that much about them. I will leave it at that due to other matters that have not been resolved. They have a lot to do to get 5 stars. However, Sonja, is the reason for my 4 stars. If not for her the review would be a lot worse. She has a high level of communication and treats people with respect and dignity. She was also a great advocate for us and never wavered with her intent to always do what was right. She always showed up on time and was professional and caring. She is a 5 star person who has the ability to help any company grow and move in the right direction if they follow her counsel and advice. Overall, I am glad to have moved on from them as a company but I am happy to have worked with Sonja. She really is a great person who values people first.

I could not be happier than I am with the service provided by Rent it Network! Rent It Network has been successfully managing my property in Tampa for 3 years. My husband and I were stationed overseas for a couple of years and now we are back in the country and will be living in Orlando. Since Rent It Network is not operating yet in Orlando I tried to find a home on my own. Big mistake. The first agent that we contacted gave me the lock box of the property and when we got there the key was missing and they did not know where the key was so I could not see the home. The second one gave me the lock box of the property and we got access to the property and the alarm went off and nobody knew the code. Lucky we had our ID on us because the police showed up. I then called Elane from Rent It Network and in a mater of hours I was inside two beautiful homes without any problems. I applied for one and was approved. We move in in 5 days! THANK YOU for all your support!!

Simple Pricing.. 75% Leasing Fee/10% Management Fee. There are no setup fees or renewal fees. Discounts for multi property owners (5 or more doors)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish a rental range amount. The next step would be meeting at the property and then finally getting photos are placing the property on over 25 websites.
