What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My initial visit is free. I will assess your needs and let you know about my programs. All my lessons are on line, and I use Microsoft Teams. I charge $45/hour. My lessons are one hour in length. If one family schedules over 3 hours of tutoring in one week, there is a discounted price. I accept payments through Venmo or Cash App. Payments are due at the end of the calendar week they are delivered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can schedule a meeting on line through Microsoft Teams. It is free to download, simple to work, and has no time limit. My initial consultation is free. We can set up a schedule of tutoring sessions at that time, if we find we are a good match.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree. I have taught in private schools for several years, and I have tutored over 25 years and have had my own tutoring business for 20 years.
