Pricing varies on property types, maintenance of properties, vendor management and cash flow management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to meet and determine the customers needs. Usually, meeting onsite to give our Realtors a better idea of scope. Once we understand the customers needs we'll establish a plan of action and list, find, or manage the customer's real estate.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with sellers, buyers, owners of properties that we manage, retail strip owners, land owners and commercial park owners associations.
