- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We refuse to lose business due to pricing. We pride ourselves in straight forward affordable pricing and we will work with you to stay in your budget no matter how big or small the job is. *At Bay to Bay Exterior Cleaners we do not accept payment until customer is 100% satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer shows interest in our services, we contact them and provide a quote immediately, book the project, and complete every job in an efficient and timely manner to the customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my time in the Army I spent a lot of time state side and deployed doing pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and trash removal. In the military we called it "Area Beautification" and that's exactly what I want to bring to your home or business.
