I had. Some fascia replaced and the seams on all vents and pipes sealed at the roof. The roofing caulk was cracking. Bid was fair. Work was done on time and good quality. I would use them again.

I’ve had Reflective Roofing do several jobs at a few different properties of mine. I would highly recommend them! They are very Professional and Knowledgeable! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get on the phone and get some details from you such as name, address, and email, then we will schedule a time for us to come check out your property and see what’s going on, from then I will talk with you about what’s going on with your property and give you my recommendations, then I will email you an estimate, detailed with everything we are going to do and our price, if everything looks good to you, you sign and send back the estimate and we’ll call you and set up a time for the job to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family has been doing this work our entire lives, from a very young age we’ve been to all types of property’s, on all kinds of roofs, and dealt with many different problems, we have a lot of experience.
