- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type and extensiveness of the project or contract. The best way to get the most detailed price is to schedule an initial consult with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would meet with the client and identity their needs and goals. It is important we understand fully what your issues and needs are, so that we can correctly make the right decisions. Second, we research your industry and use that data to construct a plan that will allow you to achieve your goals. Third, we implement and guide you through the whole project, recording the data and constantly updating your marketing approach according to the changing trends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MC360 has over 30 years of web design and IT experience. Our marketing director is a marketing graduate from USF that has learned the new and most cutting edge strategies that we use to be successful. We work with local businesses in developing their brand, designing and printing their marketing collateral, web design, and developing a first class web presence. We have experience in flash, Html 5, CSS and Javascript, which will be a critical aspect in the front end design of the application and website.
