- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All services require a 50% deposit. Additional fees apply for the following payment services: • Venmo (1.75%) • PayPal (1.76%) • Stripe (2.9%+$0.30)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The customer outlines the type of work needed as well as the deadline in a brief consultation. 2. The customer provides their budget for the project while detailing the desired outcome or look for the final product. 3. Upon agreement for the service, a 50% deposit is sent to the pro to secure the order. 4. Open communication is provided along with proof of work (video and/or photos) throughout the creation process to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Once duties are complete, the customer pays the remaining balance for the service.
