- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different pricing packages and I am always open to customizing a package to best fit your needs. The price listed in your quote is for a standard package and details will be gone over in messages. I offer an online client gallery where other family/friends can log in to view images and can also purchase prints, canvas', albums and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to get to know them and their family through a few questions. I'll also make sure there is a clear understanding of what the customer is wanting most out of our session together. I offer many different products and packages to fit to every customers need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in photography but the eye for it is something that cannot be taught. I really enjoy the art in post processing and feel like thats where my work stands out from the rest.
